Ballyglass Football Club was founded in the summer of 1975 and has experienced many high and low points in its history. Situated 20 minutes from Castlebar, 15 minutes from Ballinrobe, and 15 minutes from Claremorris, it is often said that we are "in the center of everywhere and the middle of nowhere".
Over the past years hundreds of players have worn the red and white stripes with pride and contributed to the clubs' developement at senior and underage level.
Many people have served on various committees to ensure the future of the club is always in safe hands, with seven men holding the position of Chairman to date.
